Offer Lifecycle
Draft → Active → Paused → Active
| Status | Visible to Customers | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | No | Newly created offers start here. Safe to configure without affecting the storefront. |
| Active | Yes | Offer is live and will display to customers who meet the trigger conditions. |
| Paused | No | Temporarily disabled. Can be re-activated at any time without losing settings. |
